Very satisfied and happy using Contactually for CRM

I love that you can send out notifications to your customers as they are browsing through your website or app without them having to do anything! You can even set up specific rules so it will only notify certain people depending on their actions/behaviour in any given moment. Sometimes there is not enough space to add all of our contact information (i.e. phone number) but this can be fixed by adding more fields later if need arises. If someone has already subscribed via an email address then we cannot seem to unsubscribe from those emails unless going though each individual subscriber page one at a time. This makes things very tedious especially since some subscribers may have hundreds of contacts. We're trying to reach every customer who visits our site with the latest news about what's happening around us. Our target audience consists of first generation millennials - young adults between 18.
