save your money Product not as good as older models

My first barber worked very well. The second is terrible. She cuts hair badly and pulls terribly. Bought hoping it was just a bad head. Ma Groomer never responded to my emails even though it's still under warranty. This replacement is only slightly better. Will not buy ma Groomer products again.
