Helps me a lot. The max I've taken is three capsules and it gives me energy. I take it in the mornings with BCAAs (not sure if that's necessary). I have to drink a lot of fluids, which is difficult for me, but necessary. I seem to be sweating profusely. I'm a male in my 50's and I love this stuff. Great vibes, not like DHEA which felt bad for me in so many ways. The bottle is not ready yet and it seems that I have been using it for a month and a half. I review a lot, but felt like I needed to do something I really enjoy.
