Review on Marrkey by Jared Winebrenner

My purchase of a phone case from Markey was recently fulfilled, and I must say that I was underwhelmed by the entire process. The selection of cases was satisfactory, but the caliber of the cases did not meet expectations. The case I ordered did not suit my phone correctly, and the material appeared to be of poor quality and was very inexpensive. The poor level of service provided to customers made a bad situation even worse. My inquiry was not answered by a representative for several days, and when one eventually did, they were not very helpful in answering my questions. They didn't seem to know much about their own products, and they didn't provide any potential solutions to the problem that I was having. In addition to this, the dispatch was very slow, and the packaging was of a poor standard. The case was packaged in a flimsy container when it arrived, which did not offer very much protection while it was being shipped. Given the entirety of my interactions with them, I am unable to endorse Marrkey. The low quality of the product, the unhelpful nature of the customer support, and the shoddy packaging and delivery were all significant sources of frustration for us.
