Review on 2Pcs Isolated Switching Power Supply Board: Universal AC DC Converter Module 110V 120V 220V 230V to DC 5V 12V (DC 12V 1A Version) by Calvin Reynolds

Only one of the two converters shipped worked. The other was DOA. The oscilloscope showed that there was activity on the DC output pins when AC was applied, but something was clearly wrong as the voltage wasn't close to 12V. The power LED never lit on the first module I connected to AC power/target. The units have been tested with no load in excess of what an oscilloscope/multimeter would do. The output voltage fluctuated between 12.00V and 12.44V on a healthy module with a frequency of about 200Hz. Again, these readings were taken without proper loading. I'll update the review after seeing what this module can do under load.
