Easy setup, fast activation, good pricing model - it's all there! Very well thought out product with no flaws at this point. I've had some issues with the call quality of my mobile number (I'm using a local number) on multiple occasions. This has been resolved by the team very quickly. Support is also great. I've always received responses within 24 hours. Take advantage of free trial. I am solving the problem of not being able to set up new customers easily when they are outside our office. It makes onboarding much easier. I like that it's integrated with Office 365 (which we use at work). It has also allowed us better customer service by being able get our customers' voicemails via email instead of having them call back! There are some features which could be improved - but nothing majorly so far!! We have been using this product since 2016/2017 when they first launched their platform offering voice mail integration into O365 mailboxes from any device including mobile phones & tablets etc..
