I ordered half a dozen types of screen protectors when I ordered the 6 Series watch. I am very active on my cars, gardening, housework including RC airplanes and home AV equipment. One minute I'm listening to music in my chair and the next minute I'm sitting under my brother's kitchen replacing the drainpipe. I made the fatal mistake of not protecting my previous Apple Watch at all. Please trust me, the screen scratches easily and it will happen without even knowing you did it. This particular style offers the best possible protection, including the case. Of all the different designs, this brand/style is the most durable with a clear body and tempered glass. The TPU film-only screen style is obviously the least obtrusive and looks the best, but it also offers the least amount of protection. In the attached picture you can see the dents on the TPU film caused by simply hitting the doorknob! The foil is aesthetically excellent but does not protect your watch when you are active. I'm serious, don't wear your watch unprotected! Any brand or style is better than none. There is another important observation I would like to share. Tempered glass and polycarbonate design, the paint will peel off the paint applied to the surface. Even black is starting to deteriorate and looks torn surprisingly quickly, so make sure you get a clear color or that the color is included in the polycarbonate.
