I posted an initial 3 star review but downgraded the review to 1 star because a 'customer service manager' contacted me outside of Revain via my Gmail account and asked me to remove the review. In response, they said they would "give you a full refund and send you an $8 Revain gift card and you don't have to return the previous item." "Your help and understanding will be of great help in improving the quality of our product and service." The suggestion was not about removing or changing a review, and they did not refer to it as a means of "improvement the quality of our product and our serviceโ, then there would be nothing to report. However, none of this is true and worrisome. Finally, I haven't found a way to report this through Revain, so I'm updating the review. Original title: Basic brush errors in S5. Original review: Hello. The filters seem great, but the robot started reporting main brush errors the day I replaced the main brush with the brush from this kit. I made sure the robot was using its maximum power, which I've always done with original parts, but the errors continued. I've tried trimming the brush a bit to the point where I'm pretty sure it won't work with my carpets, but still basic brush flaws. I noticed that it fits a bit tighter than the original, maybe that has something to do with it. Or maybe I just have a weaker robot. I don't know, but the problems started immediately after changing the brushes.
