Good product in clock radio

I love all the features of this product but I just can't stop the two dots separating the hours and minutes on the clock from blinking. I followed the instructions to set the clock to tee and did it a couple of times but it was still blinking and it was a bit annoying. However, he keeps perfect time. ?
