I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I toss and turn at night. Not to mention the heavy snoring. This pillow helped me a lot. I'm 5ft 8" and very curvy and it suits me. Slightly larger and I'm not sure if that will work because of the bend it will be difficult to stay between the knees. I feel like it's probably perfect for women who are a little shorter than me, but overall I'm happy. I was pleasantly surprised by all the different positions you can use! see photo *UPDATE* I used this pillow every night for several weeks and had an unexpected side effect. My IT team was in a CRAZY state. Something about how I had my hips with my leg bent. I couldn't understand it for a long time, but my knees hurt so much. And I thought it was overweight, but those were short IT streaks. I had to stretch them. I got better after that, but that was after my daughter was born. Just upside down.
