old frog? Does not stick to any surface.

I have purchased FrogTape from upgrade shops and have never had a problem. But this time I decided to order from Revain as I had a few other things to order. The tape I got from them wouldn't stick anywhere, after a few seconds it kept coming off and wouldn't stick. I ended up running to the store and got another one that didn't have any of the issues that the Revain reel had. Either the tape sold at Revain is old or it's not stored properly which is causing the glue. degrade.
