, The packaging and delivery of the two scissors was excellent. Couldn't use both scissors without using excessive force. Very dangerous. Easy to cut yourself when adjusting the scissors. for regular use. The rivets that hold the scissors together when folded are firmly clamped. Rivet lube didn't work! The only way to understand my complaint is to try to unroll the scissors yourself. My wife had the same product years ago until it was lost. worked well, unfolded easily and we expected these scissors to work the same way. Very dissatisfied and unsatisfied. How did these scissors pass quality control?
