This is my first attempt at making criminals and this set took all my worries away. Arrived on time, instructions are clear and understandable. Six days later (a little earlier) I checked the phone just to see. The expectant baby Scobie hovered over his mother. I put a heating pad around the jar that keeps it at a constant 84 degrees Fahrenheit because my house is cool fall through spring. My first attempt might be ready for a second fermentation in a few days and I'm super excited!
