It works, all you have to do is soak your feet in warm water until they're soft. Apply the mask according to the instructions (I did it for 35 minutes). The next day, simply bathe your feet again in warm, tolerable water. I used a pumice stone and the calluses just peeled off. Mine didn't peel as some of the review photos show, but I soaked them twice a day for three days every day. My feet are nice and soft.
