Review on All-Clad Essentials Small Roaster with Rack, Nonstick Hard Anodized, 11 X 14 inch, Black by Jason Sluck

I bought this pan because another pan I bought (Cuisinart) was too thin. The one sticking out below when I first used it. This one is a lot thicker. Another review said it weighed 10 pounds. It is not true. I weighed. Without stand, 4 lb 2 oz. With stand: 6 lb 8 oz. I would have preferred stainless steel with a non-stick coating, but I couldn't find one. That's a lot because we never cook a turkey over 15 pounds. I've only used it once so far, but if there are any issues I'll update this review.
