I like how it can be customized as you need it to monitor your server and other devices in real time with just one click of a button! It's free so there are no hidden costs. The only downside about this software is its lack of customization when setting up new monitors or adding more than 1 device at once. Also sometimes the information may not update fast enough for certain servers/devices. This does give me peace of mind knowing my computer is always running perfectly but also gives others the ability to check their system too if they want. Real-time alerting for OS issues (hard drive crashes etc) has helped us save money by fixing problems before we even get alerts. And now our IT department doesn't have to worry about taking down computers anymore because of viruses in client end machines which cause them to crash constantly. We use this software mostly with Windows Servers but it works great with.
