(September 11, 2019): After contacting the manufacturer for a replacement and telling them they would not, I contacted Revain and they sent me promptly a tag refund and gave me a replacement. I got a replacement and yay! This one works, I did an initial charge by placing the earbuds in the battery compartment and then plugging in the battery compartment and the earbuds and case fully charged in 1 hour and 45 minutes. .I was a little worried, my 1st set didn't need more than 50% charge and it lasted over 11 hours. So, just accept the board and finish, it exceeded all my expectations! (Battery life is much shorter than the recommended 4-4.5 hours, it's more like an hour and a half. But they work, after the customer service and what I experienced with my first pair, I really expected them not to steel. ) The sound quality is not bad, unlike my first pair I can hear from both headphones and neither headphones sound very intermittent! I would recommend if you have any problems not contacting the manufacturer but sending them back via Revain. Also, the instructions are terrible, they don't really tell you what the different color combinations of the lights mean, and there are several different combinations that I've seen that I still don't know what they are. show me -------------------------------------------------- --------- Well, it's not as good as I thought it would be. I received the item in the mail yesterday and it looks exactly like the Revain pictures, it looks really nice. It seems a bit lacking in quality though, the battery in the headphones (not in the headphone charging case but in the headphones themselves) either doesn't hold a charge or doesn't accept a charge from the charging port/case. (The supplied instructions do not specify how long it takes to charge the battery in the headphones, but the manufacturer told me that the charging time is 90 minutes, which is good after more than 5 hours of charging in a case plugged into an outlet, they were only charged 50%.I also got a quality control question, the right earbud sounds awful,very choppy.(sound quality is like.it almost sounds like they sent a poorly refurbished earphone instead of a new product, than they sent it to me.) I will contact the manufacturer for a replacement if/when they reply/send me a replacement product I will update and hopefully have more positive feedback to leave you all.
