They work perfectly!

I am always losing earring backs and so I thought I'd give these a try. They are exactly what I needed! Large enough to be comfortable and they fit my earrings perfectly. Very happy with this purchase. I will definitely buy more of these.

Pros

While I am convince these are all the same size...I have no complaint.

Cons

The set may not be suitable for those with larger earlobes
