uncomfortable on backpacks

First of all, the backpack is super cute. Bought this for school but it was very awkward and uncomfortable to wear as it doesn't sit naturally on the back. it didn't last much since its shape was so square. The inner pockets were really helpful and I wish this bag was more convenient, a bit bigger and more thoughtful. seems well done. However, it was quite expensive and when I tried it at school the 30 day return window was closed.
