I like that it is very easy to use, you can do most things with just one click! It's also good for large files because there are so many options available when creating your document or file destruction plan. Sometimes the software will be slow at times which slows down everything else in my computer as well but not often enough to make me want to switch away from this program. We have been able to destroy all our old documents (which we used to keep) by using their services without having them come into work every day doing paper shreddings.
