Difficult to use, terrible software

I got this "Android TV Box" to try. After two days of use, the impressions are extremely negative. Here is an overview. Bad: - Extremely bad user experience. I need to enter a username and password via the remote to set up this box. This is the difference between day and night compared to the native Android TV experience. - Still on Android 9.0 with the latest version being on Android 11. - Netflix is only supported at 480P. This rendered this box practically unusable. The software occasionally freezes while surfing, which indicates weak hardware. - At least you think the price is good, don't you? Not correct! There are many powerful TV boxes in this price range. (For example on Android TV.) Is there anything positive about this box? - It supports Ethernet and has a USB port which I don't find on other Android boxes. - 16GB internal memory with external SD card support. This leaves the door open to potentially using this box as an emulation machine. Summary: Given the poor user experience and so many better alternatives, I don't recommend this TV box. Thank you for reading this review and I hope you find it helpful.
