I really wanted this to work well, however, the other day, it wasted about 1/2 cups of soap all by itself! Nobody was in the bathroom & it was pumping out soap all over the countertops! This did not make my hubby very happy & told me to throw it away. I am not going to throw it away, but hope it was just a fluke of some kind. Not as happy with it as I thought I would be.12/22/21: UPDATE: OK, this really is frustrating & my hubby wants me to just throw this away! It waste so much soap because it just automatically disperses the soap! No one is even around & it is going off! Is there an adjustment available on it? Can you change the sensitivity of the motion detector? I really wanted this to work, but it is more frustrating than useful. Sorry I cannot give it a better review, but with the "ghost detection" at least two-three times a week, it isn't going to get one.
