This has been a great tool for me. Really helped with the "moment of truth" and got me flexing my hips more regularly. My hips tend to get pretty lazy in golf. Unfortunately, this bag didn't last long with me. I was doing mostly half turns 20-25 times a day for about 3 weeks before I had my first bottom seam tear. I'm disappointed because it was a tool that seems to be really helping me with my swing issues. You'll likely need to move on to the Wiren bag after this fails completely.
