It has an interface that is very easy for new users to understand, as well as those who have been using this application over time.It helps in managing the activities within our organization since it integrates all my reports at once allowing me to check one single report from more than 20 different ones! I wish there was some way of adding automatic email notification when something changes as we tend to forget sometimes about the progress of our work, even though everything is saved so easily thanks to its great functionality! Our employees could easily access reports they need by simply having the same username/password. Also being able to perform their tasks without any interruption or delay due to system freezes. Reporting is very easy, and it's customizable! It has been able to generate reports for us in multiple ways that were not possible before. The interface could be improved, but this product works well enough as-is. I highly recommend using it if you're looking for reporting functionality beyond what Excel offers out of the box. We have used reportOne B2B since we started our business. There are many features that make it easier than other tools.
