A worthless product, definitely not worth your money!

I have been a consumer of this manufacturer for many years using their products and am very disappointed with this brand. The attitude towards customers is simply bestial - not the desire to recognize their own proven marriage. When buying an expensive thing, the consumer naturally expects a quality that is commensurate with the cost, and not a simple "sorry, we understand everything, but fix it for your money." I will write a complaint to Rospotrebnadzor and sue once the manufacturer does not want to fix his jamb. I won’t buy their products anymore, and I’ll diligently dissuade all my acquaintances since the vaunted Samsung scores on its own proven jambs.

I bought the phone on pre-order - the appearance and screen are beyond praise.

Cons

After 2 years of super careful use, the touchscreen began to fail. The official service center made a diagnosis and it turned out that this was a manufacturing defect and the display needed to be replaced for 21 thousand. Turning to those Samsung support with this problem was sent far and wide. Arguments that it was they who sold me a deliberately defective phone for a minute 73000 ! They don’t care at all about the, and from the officially indicated smartphone service life of 3 years, it’s supposedly only the time until they release spare parts for it.
