Review on πŸ‡ Organic Grapefruit, Rosemary, and Lavender Solid Bar Shampoo Soap - Sulfate Free. Gentle Scalp + Hair Care with Mild Natural Ingredients by Cindy Payne

Persistent stickiness, waxy residue

When I first received this bar I really liked the smell and packaging. I really wish I would like this product as it would be a cheaper alternative to other natural products I can get. The first time I washed my hair with it I spent about an hour in the shower thinking my hair was so greasy I needed more product. Turns out the bar just leaves a kind of coating on each hair that's completely impossible to wash off unless you have a different soap. Ironic. The residue looks like grease, which makes the hair look permanently greasy, and it takes me over an hour to brush through my fine curly hair without pulling it from the scalp (especially since sticky hair makes it sticky). and pull any hair around it into tighter buns) and then it leaves a thin white sticky residue on my brush. The only way I can think of this product being supplied and sold is that it shouldn't have this effect on everyone, but I've seen some have had the same issue as me. A small plus is that it aggravates my dandruff a lot less than standard sulfite shampoos and definitely doesn't dry out my hair as quickly thanks to its waxy shield. Sorry, but neither she nor the smell can increase it by 2, although a shampoo that does the opposite of cleaning is incorrigible. Disclaimer, I only tried it a few weeks before writing this article, but I have used other natural products before so I don't think I would have a "transition period".
