I thought this offer was too good to be true, but I needed something with more capacity and heavy chairs are rare. Although the chair is about 75% loaded, it creaks and rattles a lot (even when sitting still). I haven't tried the massage function yet, so I can't comment on that. The seat is very hard (too hard for me to use without extra cushion). But the width is big. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. (I should have paid more.)
