Obscure instructions on where, when and how to apply primer, instructions not written by anyone who speaks English. Eventually I searched the internet and found this, just my opinion but it worked great, apply rubbing alcohol to the tailgate and let dry, prime the tailgate and leave for 5 minutes then glue each letter individually.
