Review on Moss Adams by Robert Hole

They are very professional at what they do! I have used them for my LLC formation & all of their team members were extremely friendly/professional throughout our entire relationship with each other (and now after we've closed). We had some issues during incorporation but MA was always willing to work through it until everything got resolved--even when things didn't go exactly how you wanted or expected initially!! It's been over 2 years since then so far nothing has come up again where there wasn’t an understanding between us beforehand about any potential problems / concerns etc.--which makes me believe if something does crop back around eventually its because maybe not everyone thought this out before signing off? But no worries -- just make sure your expectations align wth yours from beginning to end otherwise these little details can cause major headaches down road :P If anyone wants good advice regarding forming business entities please ask questions here first - great people who will give.
