What did I pay for? This product is a failure.
The only bottle of champagne from which it was possible to successfully extract the cork was one that opened on its own. Some cons: If you have a good expensive bottle of wine, something may have banged and will not work further; yet, the color and sound will continue. Money for nothing, a metal opener costs $150 and is more dependable while also lasting for twenty years.
