The charger was good for 2 hours of full use and 3 days I had it. Wireless charging stopped after 3 days. So it's most likely a bad block. Customer service is excellent and will provide you with a replacement if something goes wrong. But I sent mine back because it's also a bit misleading about fast charging Samsung devices as per the title or the attached image if the title has been changed. The mechanism worked very well, the mount holds the phone well when tightened as it should. The phone does not fall, which is very good. I would have been happy with wireless charging instead of fast charging as it seemed pretty good but when the main feature stopped working. I thought it was a fast charge just from the description. 3 stars for their customer service which is great and maybe I just had bad luck with the product. Update: Upgrading one star as they sent a replacement and have been working with it for over a week and have had no charging issues. They label the product and the wireless charger seems to work as it should, just wish it could have a quick charge when needed. They updated the title, that's good.
