The right shoulder strap had a hole where the strap connects to the upper back. The fabric is torn. Poor quality control or damage in transit (shipping container was in excellent condition so tended towards the former). Can be used and returned as there were white stripes on the back of the bag. In any case, return this article as soon as possible!
