Review on UberChef Premium Ultra Sharp Julienne Peeler: Stainless 🔪 Steel Ergonomic Vegetable and Fruit Peeler with Cleaning Brush by Jake Meyer

This item is heavy and appears to be of high quality. However, I found the bowl or straw to be no better than the cheaper tools I have. For this reason I gave three stars. However, I had to send it back as the julienne cutting head kept coming off. While it was easy enough to put the little tabs back into the holes to reinstall the cutter, it was frustrating. Update October 7th. After posting the above review, I contacted Uberchef at their request. They asked me to keep the original knife, gave me a quick refund and sent me a replacement with a 2 day delivery time. This replacement cleaner works as expected and I am very satisfied. It's rare for a faulty cleaner to come through, in which case they try to fix the situation, says Uberchef. To be honest I received an email asking me to get in touch if there was a problem (as did the little card in the box) and I probably should have accepted their offer rather than leaving a review . But I will say that Uberchef is very interested in customer satisfaction. And maybe it's a good thing that their quick fixes made it into the ratings.
