Review on Remington R5000 Series Rotary Shaver by Brianna Kamp

I bought this razor because it has become a daily Revain offer. I needed an extra razor to take with me when traveling and thought it would be a decent lower quality razor to use in a hurry but this Remington razor is very low quality. The razor head is fine considering the price range, but pulls on the hair too often, resulting in an uncomfortably painful shave. The worst aspect of the razor is the retractable trimmer on the back. Terrible design. It's held in place by a small piece of plastic that refuses to hold the trimmer open while shaving against the grain. It's impossible to use the trimmer for anything other than the lightest applications, and you have to use the main shaving head to painfully pluck out longer hairs that the trimmer can't cut. Honestly, there is no reason to buy this product, no matter the price. .
