best selling quality off

after waiting to get a customer back to install for him since 18th February 2020. This DOR-MAN brand position doesn't fucking work on a first date. After taking the customer's car I tried to remove all the components to replace the old engine which still runs fine, only the clicking noise stops when it's cold which is most common with these engines. and the engine was replaced by a part from a local MB dealer 10 years ago. trying to help the customer get a cheap engine from DOR_MAN end up in a nightmare. Receive engine, replace, reset everything to 1st engine start, turn on air conditioner, turn temp control from cold to warm, engine seems to rev ok, NO noise which is good. then let the customer return it after she go home, she doesn't seem to be freezing like she used to. We are here Phoenix Az so you know how hot the climate is here in late September/2020 but she says its not cold. So I asked her if you heard any other clicking sounds, she said NO. like everything is ok but lack of cold. We explain that we don't touch anything to evacuate the air conditioning, ONLY we remove the upper lower dashboard cover and everything. After spending so many days we found that the new suction cup motor would fire in the mid cold position and would NOT spin back to the full cold position. It can spin back to the HOT spot but as you spin back to the COLD spot it gets stuck and you can see the hand motor trying to spin the vibration there but there is no sound until I put my finger or a flat head screwdriver have to press hard to push the motor up. then it spins too cold, it's ok, but every time you change the temperature control, it keeps getting stuck, the middle temperature is cold and hot, can never level off at the cold joint again. Dude we spend so many hours talking to the tech what could be wrong we think he might be getting the door vents stuck some of them were loose and not latched but understand what the problem is that pos motor is causing . We reinstalled the old motor, it's a Mercedes Benz, the product spins normally, it doesn't stick, it just makes a clicking sound when connected cold. So we have to buy a new one from the MB dealer in a few days to get it over with. Thanks to the DOR-MAN product that busted the tech ass and my ass to figure out what the real problem was with the choke motor. I am waiting for DOR-MAN customer service, see what they said and if not I will dispute the reversal fee. I do not recommend anyone to buy this pos motor. Do me a favor, buy an OEM end piece
