The bag has a really cute design, but that's all! That's a little less than I expected, but this miscalculation is MY fault, not the sellers. The biggest problem for me is that not even the drinks stayed cold! I had 2 sports bottles of VERY iced tea and a 1" thick ice pack that was completely frozen. In just 5 HOURS the ice pack was completely melted and my drinks were completely warm. This was the first time I've used it since I had it before Received it about 2 days ago. SO glad I didn't carry my lunch in it today! I could work around the sizing issue but having a SUPPOSED insulated lunch bag that doesn't even do what it's supposed to (keep cold food cold!) , Is unacceptable to me.I started the return process as soon as I got home from work tonight with leftover hot drinks and the lunch bag will be sent back tomorrow.
