I love that you can host multiple websites through one account with this service! The customer support is great too - always available to help at any time of day or night (although there are some days when they're not around!). It's also easy to install plugins using their web interface. My primary use for WP hosting is my photography website which requires me to constantly update content while keeping it secure. This has been made easier by having both shared and VPS plans available from MTWP. We've never had an issue in over 5 years we have used them as our main provider of WP hosts.
