Works for Seniors: Safety

Bought this to put on my elderly grandmother's stove. This item works great except when I want to cook I have to remove the handle cover and then open it to get the handle out as the handle doesn't rotate when the cover is on. Also, this item works great, if my elderly grandma can't open it to get a pen, I know the kid won't have the strength to open it either.
