I ordered a strap, I received a rubber strap mount or this little piece of rubber, that slides up after tightening the strap down to secure the end of the strap, the real watch strap probably fell out of the split plastic bag it was in, leaving only a small loop in the pocket. I had to re-order to get a genuine watch band only to find out they didn't include the pins to attach the band to the watch that every other replacement band I've bought in the last 55 years did.
