I bought this for a home hunt and it's very well made, heavy enough that when you remove the foam and rings there isn't much room left a hint or even a key that is not too big. I changed the code the same day I bought it and it was very easy. I took off all the rings, changed each letter, checking with a whistle each time. I did it in 20 minutes. My rings spin very easily, I've heard from some that using WD-40 helps on those that don't spin easily. I happily recommend this to everyone. Code changing instructions are not included with the device but I found them online and they worked great. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the screws on the cryptex and take out the collar. Firstly by aligning the grooves on the ring with the slots on the cryptex and then aligning your cipher-letter password with the slots, secondly by tightening the screws, finally your password has been changed successfully.
