What can I say? If you're buying this, you probably already know that this is the most amazing home automation device out there (with the possible exception of the Shelly 2.5). One of the great advantages of this device is that it can operate on 12 VDC, which means you can build high availability, low voltage switches, sensors, etc. powered by a small switching power supply instead of mains voltage.
