I've been using the Polycom CX100 for about a week now to communicate with colleagues via Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2 and the sound quality is amazing. There were no drivers to install, and as soon as I plugged in the USB port, Communicator recognized the device immediately. I work from home so this thing is seriously saving me money on my phone bills. The device also works in full duplex, which means I can speak and hear at the same time. On my old speakerphone, I had to wait for people to finish speaking before my mic recognized my voice. This thing allows me to jump right into the conversation, which is a huge plus for multiparty conference calls. My only concern is that the USB cable is very thin and I'm concerned about durability. If I have any durability issues I'll update this review, but for now this thing works great!
