CHEAP. Makeup brushes and tools
They are very cheap. Bought these as spare pads but won't be using them again. They dry out the skin (even if I just put them on my hand and took them off, it dried my skin out) and the only 2 customers I've used them on have told me their eyes get restless for about 24 hours , warm and uncomfortably heavy to the touch. after you use them. The only thing I did differently were these pads, so I immediately threw them away. Very very cheap. Beware.
