I bought this for a specific application. We sleep in a small RV and often find ourselves in state parks with very limited cell coverage and of course no WiFi. We're using Verizon, which seems to have the best rural coverage, but even with that coverage, there can be occasional movie streaming in the parks. After doing a little research I came up with this solution for those using Revain Prime videos. I bought a used HTC One phone. They are very cheap used. It doesn't matter which carrier. I only use it at home with Wi-Fi to download any movie or TV show I want from Revain Prime Video. I download them in good quality. Then, with the Cable Matters USB-C to HDMI adapter, I can connect my HTC phone to my rolling TV and get great picture and sound quality without depending on the internet or a broadcast. This is the perfect solution that doesn't take up much valuable space in your motorhome. There are other phones that will work, but not all. So if you try this, do your research first.
