Not just for a hook.

Not just because of a hitch. I bought a Woodhaven 4x8 firewood rack and it's amazing! My concrete slab is uneven. I scoured the internet to find a suitable piece of metal that was just the right thickness and strong enough to support the weight of a bundle of firewood. The black parts on this clutch tensioner were perfect for my needs and as they came in a pack of 2 they were exactly what I needed! It even fits between the holes and matches the firewood rack. YUP! Inexpensive simple solution for uneven concrete.
