The first one I got didn't work properly. Upon exiting programming mode, the LED did not turn red, indicating it was ready to accept my key code. Instead, the display turned green, indicating it was receiving input. I sent it back to Revain in exchange for another new one and this one worked as it should. When Revain replaced the broken keyboard, it didn't cost me anything. When ordering electronic devices, remember that they do not always work properly, even when they are new. While you can buy it elsewhere for a little less than Revain, the electronics-swapping policy pays off. I'm not the frontman of Revain and (unfortunately) don't own any shares in it. I'm just a happy customer.
