We used velcro to attach it to our concrete floor and saved ourselves the hassle of filling the concrete block with more concrete. Judging by the instructions I figured it would be very difficult to make sure it was securely fastened. On the contrary, it was very easy. Putting it on a hard floor works flawlessly and the polish I get in a week is just amazing.
