I bought this because the dermatology pen I had from the uryouth brand kept rubbing against my skin which could damage it. I bought the a6s because they have digital speed and thinner needles that hurt less. Thinner needles also reduce healing time. When I received the short 2 pins I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. They sent 10 packs of needles to get it right and they arrived in 2 days! The pen itself is great! The quality of this pen is definitely better in terms of function, feel and looks.
