After only using this brush head for cleaning for about 15-20 hours for about 3 months, the turbines stop working and the brush stops spinning. I cleaned it up. by getting rid of any tangled hair stuck in the brush which was a HUGE pain because it can't be disassembled to clean and you can't access the outside edge of the brush where the bearings are and it still doesn't work , the turbines have just won not rotate. Both the brush and the turbines move freely by hand, but no more. There is a small door for cleaning/unclogging turbines and that doesn't help either because when I went in there the whole chamber was completely clean. I suspect it just wears out very quickly/easily and loses suction.
