I like how easy it was for our staff to use, as we are looking at ways of having employees more engaged with their work through social media channels etc rather than just reading about them in an annual report or press release which can be sometimes boring if that makes sense! We have not yet seen any downsides but would love feedback from other users who may want some extra features included such as notifications via email when someone comments/likes your post (as opposed ot being notified by twitter).
Use this software - its great!! It's made using out team much easier without us needing lots people around doing admin tasks each day I like how it helps me to be more productive in my work by delivering relevant messages, emails or calls at right time! It also saves precious minutes of mine when needed most!! Sometimes some features are not that easy for non technical users (like sending an email) but overall this software has helped us greatly improve our productivity as well reduce customer support cost significantly with no loss revenue from customers side too.
